Katie Hamrick

As the daughter of a barbershopper, Katie grew up in a musical household and cultivated hobbies and pursued higher education in the arts. A self-proclaimed choir and theatre kid, Katie expanded her education to include a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocal Music Performance from Towson University and now uses the vast and varied skills learned as a student of music in her professional career as a Contracts Administrator at a private government contracting firm. Katie’s contribution in the arts includes stage managing and music directing for local theaters, including Scottfield Theatre Company and Starlight Theatricals, in Harford County, Maryland. Katie is honored to be a charter member of Parkside Melody and to serve on the Parkside Board of Directors.
