Tom is an alumnus of Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Science. Professionally, he is a co-owner of a pump system manufacturing company located in the Philadelphia area.

Tom's passion for barbershop singing began in high school in 1973. Since then, he has shared this passion with his three sons, all of whom have joined him in singing in barbershop choruses.

In addition to his professional career and musical pursuits, Tom has also been involved in local community theater. He has played a variety of roles, including Jesus in "Godspell", Lumiere in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast", and The Russian Tenor in "Fiddler on the Roof".

In 2013, Tom was the lead in the popular quartet "Frank the Dog", which won the Mid-Atlantic District Champion title.

Tom's wife, Donna, is also musically inclined and is a member of "Parkside Melody". Together, they have a large family with six children and six grandchildren. They currently reside in Wallingford, Pennsylvania.
